Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Arctim Consult Limited's online courses — Revit Tutorial Masterclass and Lumion Tutorial Masterclass (each a “Course”). By purchasing a Course, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided that:

Less than 20-30% of the Course content has been accessed or downloaded, and
Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this window, or after the eligibility conditions above are no longer met, will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted where:

The 7-day eligibility window has elapsed.
A substantial portion of the Course has already been accessed, downloaded, or completed.
The purchase was made using a discount code, coupon, or as part of a bundle or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
The Course was purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Udemy, Teachable). In such cases, that platform's refund policy applies instead of this one.
The learner simply changes their mind after substantial engagement with the material.
A certificate of completion has already been issued for the Course.

3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access Course content due to a technical fault on our end, please contact us immediately. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If access cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a refund or account credit will be issued at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email arctimconsult@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order or receipt number
The Course name (Revit Tutorial Masterclass or Lumion Tutorial Masterclass)
The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and returned via your original payment method. Any transaction or currency conversion fees incurred at checkout are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Access After a Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the Course — including all videos, downloadable files, and project resources — will be revoked.

7. Changes to This Policy

Arctim Consult Limited reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued purchase or use of our Courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
